At Legion4Home, we understand that receiving your home safely, on time, and in perfect condition is everything. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of your container home from our facility to your property.
1. DELIVERY AREAS
Legion4Home currently deliver to all 50 states across the United States. Delivery availability depends on:
- Your property location and accessibility
- Local zoning and road regulations
- State and county permit requirements
- Route accessibility for oversized loads

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery timeframes from the date your build is completed:

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Distance from our facility to your delivery location
- Size and weight of your home
- Number of containers being delivered
- Permit and escort requirements along the route
- Fuel surcharges at time of delivery

4. SITE PREPARATION REQUIREMENTS
Before your home can be delivered, your property must meet the following requirements:
Access Requirements
- A clear, accessible road or path wide enough for a flatbed truck
- No low hanging power lines, trees, or overhead obstructions along the delivery route
- Adequate turning radius for delivery vehicles
Foundation Requirements
- A prepared foundation or pad must be in place prior to delivery
- Foundation type will be specified in your purchase agreement
- Legion4Home is not responsible for foundation preparation unless otherwise agreed in writing
Utility Connections
- Utility hookups including water, electricity, and sewage must be arranged by the buyer prior to or at time of delivery unless included in your package
Failure to meet site preparation requirements may result in delivery delays and additional fees.
5. PERMITS & ESCORTS
Transporting a container home is classified as an oversized load in most states. Legion4Home will:
- Obtain all necessary oversize load permits for transport
- Arrange pilot car escorts where required by state law
- Coordinate with local authorities along the delivery route
Permit costs are included in your shipping quote unless otherwise stated.
6. DELIVERY PROCESS
Here is what to expect on delivery day:
Step 1 — Delivery Confirmation
You will receive a confirmed delivery date and estimated arrival window 48–72 hours in advance.
Step 2 — Day of Delivery
Our delivery team will arrive with your home on a flatbed transport truck. A crane or lifting equipment will be used to place your home on the prepared foundation.
Step 3 — Placement
Our team will position your home on your foundation according to your agreed placement plan. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage.
Step 4 — Walkthrough
Once placed, you and a Legion4Home representative will conduct a full walkthrough to inspect the home and confirm it matches your purchase agreement.
Step 5 — Handover
After a successful walkthrough and your sign-off, the keys are yours. Welcome home.
7. DELIVERY DELAYS
Legion4Home will make every reasonable effort to meet your delivery date. However delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Road closures or route restrictions
- Permitting delays outside our control
- Site preparation not completed by the buyer
- Force majeure events
In the event of a delay caused by Legion4Home, we will notify you immediately in writing and provide an updated delivery timeline.
8. DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT
Legion4Home takes every precaution to ensure your home arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of damage during transit:
- Document the damage immediately with photos before signing any delivery paperwork
- Notify Legion4Home within 24 hours of delivery at shipping@legion4home.com
- Do not attempt any repairs before our team has assessed the damage
- Legion4Home will arrange repair or replacement of damaged components at no cost to you
We strongly recommend you or an authorized representative be present at delivery to inspect the home before signing off.
9. FAILED DELIVERY
A delivery may be considered failed if:
- No authorized representative is present at the agreed delivery time
- The site is not prepared and accessible for delivery
- Access to the property is blocked or unsafe for delivery vehicles
In the event of a failed delivery, additional transportation and restaging fees may apply. Legion4Home will work with you to reschedule at the earliest availability.
