Every Legion4Home is built using certified, inspected shipping containers that meet residential construction standards. We guarantee that your home’s structural framework will remain sound and free from defects caused by our workmanship for a minimum of 10 years from the date of delivery.

If a structural issue arises due to our construction within this period, we will repair or replace the affected components at absolutely no cost to you.

2. WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE

We guarantee the quality of our work.

From electrical and plumbing to insulation, flooring, and finishes — every detail of your Legion4Home is inspected before delivery. We guarantee our workmanship for 2 years from move-in date.

If any component fails due to poor workmanship within this period, we will send a certified specialist to your location and correct the issue at no charge.

3. DELIVERY GUARANTEE

We guarantee your home arrives on time and as described.

We commit to delivering your home within the agreed timeframe outlined in your purchase agreement. If we fail to meet the delivery date due to reasons within our control, you will receive:

• A written explanation and updated timeline
• A delivery discount applied to your final balance
• Priority scheduling for your build

We believe your time is valuable and we respect it.

4. TRANSPARENCY GUARANTEE

We guarantee no hidden fees. Ever.

The price you agree to in your purchase agreement is the price you pay. No surprise charges. No last-minute add-ons. No fine print that changes your total. What we quote is what you owe — period.

If any additional costs arise that were not disclosed upfront and are within our control, Legion4Home absorbs them. Not you.

5. FINANCING GUARANTEE

We guarantee a fair and honest financing process.

We guarantee that:

• Your initial application will never trigger a hard credit pull without your consent
• You will receive financing options within 24–48 hours of applying
• All loan terms, rates, and conditions will be fully disclosed before you sign anything
• You will never be pressured into a financing program that does not fit your situation

If your financing is denied through no fault of your own, your deposit is fully refunded. No questions asked.

Before we hand over the keys, you will conduct a full walkthrough of your home with a Legion4Home representative. If anything does not meet the standard outlined in your purchase agreement, we will fix it before move-in.

WHAT OUR GUARANTEES DO NOT COVER

In the interest of full transparency, our guarantees do not cover:

• Damage caused by natural disasters, floods, hurricanes, or acts of God
• Damage resulting from improper site preparation by the buyer
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Modifications or alterations made by the buyer after delivery
• Damage caused by third-party contractors not affiliated with Legion4Home
• Failure to maintain the home in accordance with our care guidelines
