By accessing our website, submitting a financing application, placing a deposit, or purchasing a home from Legion4Home LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. OUR SERVICES

Legion4Home LLC provides the following services:

  • Design and construction of custom container homes
  • Sale of pre-built container home units
  • Financing facilitation through approved lending partners
  • Delivery and setup of container homes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To purchase a home or apply for financing through Legion4Home, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a legal resident of the United States
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process
  • Own or have legal access to land suitable for home placement where applicable

4. ORDERS & DEPOSITS

Placing an Order
All home purchases begin with a signed agreement and a deposit. Your order is not confirmed until both the deposit and signed agreement are received by Legion4Home.

Deposit Amount
Deposit amounts vary based on the home model and customization selected. Your sales specialist will confirm the required deposit before any payment is processed.

Deposit Policy
All deposits are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

5. PRICING

All prices listed on our website are estimates and subject to change based on:

  • Customization selections
  • Material costs at time of order
  • Delivery distance and location
  • Permitting requirements in your area

Final pricing will be confirmed in your purchase agreement before any binding commitment is made.

6. FINANCING

Legion4Home facilitates financing through third-party lending partners. By submitting a financing application, you acknowledge that:

  • Legion4Home is not a bank or licensed lender
  • Financing approval is not guaranteed
  • Rates, terms, and conditions are determined by the lending partner
  • A soft credit inquiry may be conducted during the initial application
  • A hard credit inquiry will only be conducted with your explicit consent
  • Legion4Home is not responsible for decisions made by third-party lenders

7. CONSTRUCTION & DELIVERY TIMELINE

Legion4Home will make every reasonable effort to complete and deliver your home within the estimated timeframe provided. However, timelines may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions
  • Material availability
  • Permitting delays outside our control
  • Buyer-requested changes during construction
  • Force majeure events

Legion4Home is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

8. BUYER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a buyer, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your land is properly zoned for residential use
  • Obtaining any necessary local permits unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Preparing the site for delivery including grading, foundation, and utility connections
  • Providing accurate land and delivery location information
  • Being present or having an authorized representative available at time of delivery

Legion4Home is not responsible for issues arising from improper site preparation or zoning violations.

9. WARRANTIES

Legion4Home provides a limited structural warranty and workmanship guarantee on all homes. Warranty details are outlined in your purchase agreement. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by buyer negligence or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by extreme weather or natural disasters
  • Modifications made by the buyer after delivery

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legion4Home LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of property value
  • Delays in permitting or local government approvals
  • Damage caused by third-party contractors hired by the buyer
  • Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by the buyer to Legion4Home

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Legion4Home website including logos, images, text, designs, and floor plans are the intellectual property of Legion4Home LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

12. PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receiving communications from Legion4Home via phone, email, and SMS regarding your inquiry, application, or purchase. You may opt out at any time by contacting us or replying STOP to any SMS message.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute between you and Legion4Home, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the state law of Texas where Legion4Home was registered.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Legion4Home reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
