REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
At Legion4Home, we are committed to delivering quality homes and a transparent buying experience. Because our homes are custom-built to each buyer’s specifications, our refund policy reflects the nature of made-to-order construction.
DEPOSITS
Refundable Period
All deposits are fully refundable within 30 days of payment. If you change your mind within 30 days of placing your deposit, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After 30 Days
Once the 30 days window has passed and your build has been scheduled or materials have been ordered, your deposit becomes non-refundable. This is because resources, labor, and materials have already been committed to your project.
CUSTOM BUILDS
Because every Legion4Home is built specifically for the buyer, cancellations made after the design phase has been finalized are subject to the following:
- Cancelled before construction begins — 50% of deposit refunded
- Cancelled during construction — No refund issued
- Cancelled after delivery — No refund issued
FINANCING CANCELLATIONS
If your financing application is denied, any deposit paid will be fully refunded within 7 business days. We believe you should never lose money on something outside your control.
DEFECTS & QUALITY ISSUES
If your home arrives with a structural defect or workmanship issue that was not caused by the buyer, Legion4Home will:
- Repair or replace the defective component at no cost
- Dispatch a specialist to your location within a reasonable timeframe
- Work with you until the issue is fully resolved
Refunds are not issued for defects. We stand behind our work and will make it right.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind after the 30 days deposit window
- Buyer-requested design changes made after construction begins
- Damage caused by improper site preparation by the buyer
- Delays or issues caused by local permitting outside Legion4Home’s control
- Natural disasters or acts of God after delivery
